I found clicking the links on the LinkedIn posts didn’t give me a new window quite frustrating. I had to go back and reload each time.
Also when I arrive on the site, I am presented with a log out button, not my dashboard. Is that right!?

Of course. Are you an admin on the site as admins get that weird log out page but no one else does, or so I believe. The Linked in thing is annoying, if you use the back button from the linked in post I think that works?

Annual review
Anyone do a personal annual review? Gains, losses and the various things you wanna do more of, less of, change etc. Not really resolutions, more directions of travel?
Or do you do a continual rolling assessment and course correct as you go, no real direction of travel, more ensuring momentum and at least not remaining stuck is the answer?

The end of 2025 / start of 2026 has been a big reset for me anyway – new job, new home, new direction, new motivation – Feels less about having a perfect map and more about not drifting, keeping momentum, and staying connected.

Around this time each year I do look back at the year before and look at what we could do better, do more of or change in the year ahead. Just being aware gives you a psychological direction I find.
