Love the site but found the following issues when setting up my profile
1. website needed https:// to pass validation but this not clear on the ui
2. saving profile information was slow .. more than 5 seconds.
Also, the “need a hand with mybizhub?” email has a link to a Vimeo video which doesnt exist.

Member Feedback & Suggestions 2 months agoI found clicking the links on the LinkedIn posts didn’t give me a new window quite frustrating. I had to go back and reload each time.
Also when I arrive on the site, I am presented with a log out button, not my dashboard. Is that right!?

Of course. Are you an admin on the site as admins get that weird log out page but no one else does, or so I believe. The Linked in thing is annoying, if you use the back button from the linked in post I think that works?

Yeah, I have set the limit to 1mb which should be more than big enough. iPhone and other cameras take high-resolution images, though it might appear to be small the file size will be bigger.
If you can help it, you really need to upload images to the web at 0.2mb. There are services which will help you to reduce the file size.

I’m trying to post a link to survey monkey for members to fill in, but it says I’ve posted too many links. I have in my previous posts put links in to my companies LinkedIn profile to give members the chance/opportunity to win tickets at the Highclere show which we sponsored.
Is there a restriction on links which can be removed?

I managed to upgrade yesterday thanks to your video – much appreciated.So i am now an Accelerator member.
I checked my profile and it says i am an accelerator member (see attached).
However – on my dashboard the “Upgrade” button still shows.
It may be best to remove that for people who have…

Sorry – one more piece of feedback. Every time I am off the site for a few hours I need to login fresh again. Can you please set the user login cookie to maintain for 1 month rather than whatever it is set to now?

Is this on a phone Joel as my lap top retains the log in but the phone doesn’t. I believe it is for security but I agree it’s inconvenient. I’m looking at getting Last Pass or similar to get around the issue.

This is a suggestion and feedback on the website.
I cannot see any way to upgrade my account from Ignition to Accelerator.
I think that this needs to be made a lot clearer.
If I go to my profile I can see that it says ”Ignition” but there is no button to upgrade to Accelerator.
I have been through the settings and cannot find it there…

Hi Joel, that is very strange, you should have on your dashboard a button that says upgrade – it is located just under your profile picture in the center of the page. do you not have this? I have just unallocated and then re allocated you as an ingition member to see if this helps. please do let me know if the upgrade button now does not apear.…

@MyGrowthHack I have noticed that when I see someones post in the activity feed thaht I want to reply to (for example James Wests post fro yesterday) I cant reply to it in my activity feed but it doesnt tell me what group its posted in so I have to go searching around for the comment, Can we fix this? @matthewlaakvand

@matthewlaakvand Small issue, when writing/composing a message the numbered bullets is formatted such that the initial digit of a two digit list is omitted, probably bad margin?
When posted the numbered bullets show as expected, just when composing I noticed the “1” on bullet poinbt 10 is hidden/not there and my best guess was margin issues in…

That’s quite odd. Whatever it is causing it, the problem must be to do with the ‘Out of the box’ styling.
