HELP! Anyone got experience setting up automations with Zapier or Make?
Currently trying to sync a Google calendar scheduler and Asana project manager calendar with something like Zapier or Make.
I’m trying to create a booking system for meetings in google calendar that factors in time held for other tasks in Asana. For example shoot days or other existing meetings.
Spent a fair bit of time going around in circles and don’t really want to manage multiple calendars!
ChatGPT has been helpful, but seems to hallucinate on some key parts.

Hi James hope you get this sorted sounds like a great system once you have it working! We use Calendly and Outlook for this process – Outlook / Calendly sees actual meetings but doesnt see if whole days are blocked out so if anyone has solved this issue I would like to know!

@SiGNAL-Emma The tools exist, it’s just getting it all hooked up to work correctly and consistently. And it’s a bit outside my skillset!
If I get it working it should make life infinitely easier for setting up meetings at times convenient to me!-
