I have been in Learning and Development (L&D) for over 20 years, and have worked in corporate organisations as a Training Manager, L&D Consultant, and Talent Manager before co-founding Yellow Tree Wellbeing in 2015. I am an advanced Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and ILM Level 7 Coach. Outside of work I like to practice what I preach and enjoy running, weight training and the peloton! I’m also active in a few local groups such as a book club and a childfree women’s group.
