I’m an employee communication and engagement specialist with over 20 years
of experience across a wide range of industries. After many years working in
senior internal communications roles and delivering contract assignments for
large corporations, I now work independently – partnering with small and
medium-sized businesses to help them engage with their people more
effectively.

I also support internal communications professionals who are either new to
the field or looking for an extra pair of hands to deliver key projects. Whether

As a member of the Institute of Internal Communication, I actively contribute
to the profession through my role on the IoIC South Network committee,
where I help run events and workshops throughout the year.
