That’s very useful, thanks. Any suggestions for converting MP3 into a transcript? I know NotebookLM allows you to upload a transcript and it will create a podcast or other narration, but I want to take what I have already recorded myself and turnm it back into text, any AI tools that are useful for that? (hopefully low/no cost! 🙂 )

Our biggest challenge right now is that we’re in a major transition—rolling out new processes, training everyone, and keeping things running smoothly at the same time. Getting the workflow right has been our biggest time drain.
