I’m Andy Baines, founder of Constructive Minds, a Hampshire-based business delivering creative brick-building experiences focused on wellbeing, mindfulness, team building and children’s parties.

I’m a British Army veteran with over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including senior leadership roles managing teams, operations and major contracts. After a challenging period in my previous career, I made the decision to take a new direction and turn my passion for brick building into a business with a purpose.

Having experienced firsthand how creative building can help reduce stress, improve wellbeing and reconnect with creativity, I wanted to use that experience to help others. Constructive Minds brings people together through fun, inclusive and engaging activities that build confidence, encourage creativity and strengthen connections.

I’m passionate about supporting local businesses, community groups, charities and families across Hampshire. Having recently achieved three Gold Kites from ICAP, I’m now focused on growing the business, building meaningful partnerships and making a positive difference in the community.
