We succeeded, because we paid attention to the little things that would make us stand out from the crowd. We kept our word to the customer, we offered good value, we kept the vehicles clean, we always used protective seat covers and floor mats. Most importantly, the vehicle was only returned back to the customer when we were 110% sure that the vehicle had been repaired to the highest possible standard.
