My career in recruitment has progressed in the corporate world from being a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to Head of Talent Acquisition, marked by a constant focus on governance, metrics, and strategic project delivery.
I’m passionate about the recruitment process being fair, transparent and effective so I am now starting my own business to support SME’s; who don’t have an internal recruitment function, to have the tools and skills to be able to recruit effectively themselves without the need for costly external supply chain.
I am a strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) and Workforce Planning leader who excels at transforming recruitment functions, driving operational efficiency through data and technology, and consistently improving diversity and cost metrics in complex, global organizations (primarily within the construction, engineering, defense, and consulting sectors).
I’m well respected in the recruitment industry, indicated by my membership in the Recruitment Leaders 100 (RL100) and HIGHER Talent 100, I have been invited to be a speaker at major industry events (RecFest UK, European Women in Tech Speaker) as well as undertaking a number of podcasts. Outside of work I am a mum to 3 boys, 2 siberian cats and a cocker spaniel, i’m passionate about any motorsports and travel!
