I managed to upgrade yesterday thanks to your video – much appreciated.So i am now an Accelerator member.
I checked my profile and it says i am an accelerator member (see attached).
However – on my dashboard the “Upgrade” button still shows.
It may be best to remove that for people who have…

Sorry – one more piece of feedback. Every time I am off the site for a few hours I need to login fresh again. Can you please set the user login cookie to maintain for 1 month rather than whatever it is set to now?

Is this on a phone Joel as my lap top retains the log in but the phone doesn’t. I believe it is for security but I agree it’s inconvenient. I’m looking at getting Last Pass or similar to get around the issue.

Hi There
This is a suggestion and feedback on the website.
I cannot see any way to upgrade my account from Ignition to Accelerator.
I think that this needs to be made a lot clearer.
If I go to my profile I can see that it says ”Ignition” but there is no button to upgrade to Accelerator.
I have been through the settings and cannot find it there…

Hi Joel, that is very strange, you should have on your dashboard a button that says upgrade – it is located just under your profile picture in the center of the page. do you not have this? I have just unallocated and then re allocated you as an ingition member to see if this helps. please do let me know if the upgrade button now does not apear.…

Hi there
The site is looking great but si just noticed an issue on mobile.
Please see the attached screenshot.
The site header covers over other text on the page.
Because the strapline is quite long it may be best to remove that for mobile users.

Here is some general feedback on the website. There are lots of small usability errors too that i did not go into but on all devices there are issues around button placement and form field sizes etc. Let me know if you want me to give you feedback and screenshots on those too:

Thank you @jchudleigh , great feedback. As @GarethTurner mentioned, there is a lot coming in phase 2, not least of which is fixing the teething issues for some of the styling on the platform when you’re logged in.
Getting feedback from the community is always helpful; after all, the platform is here to serve you as you need it to.
