I’m an Independent People & Culture (HR) leader with over 20 years’ experience across people & culture, HR operations, and executive support, helping start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs build people foundations that actually work.
Most recently, I was Head of People & Culture at an InsurTech start-up, where I built the entire People function from scratch, scaling from 4 to over 80 people globally across the UK, US, and LATAM. I led everything from organisational design and leadership development to culture-building and HRIS implementation.
Before that, I spent 15+ years in the project and building consultancy sector, helping a business grow from 16 to 180+ people through merger and scale. That’s where I learned what it really takes to build strong operational and cultural foundations as businesses evolve.
My approach is simple: balance strategy with humanity. I build frameworks that enable business growth while keeping people at the heart of every decision. Because when people thrive, business does too.
