Meet Ben Holdman

Exmere Planning was founded by Ben Holdman following approximately ten years of experience working

within public-sector planning.

Ben understands that planning is about much more than forms, policies and applications. It involves land,

buildings, environmental considerations, communities and, most importantly, people trying to achieve

something.

“My role is not to promise that every idea will succeed. It is to understand what you

are trying to achieve, explain the relevant planning considerations and help you

make an informed decision about what to do next.”
