I am a director of Ryland Research Ltd.  An engineering changemaker in the Lubricants Industry.

My business journey started with a BTEC in Business Studies before progressing into doing a degree in Engineering with Business Studies in 1990 and gained my BEng (Hons) in Engineering with Business Studies in 1995.

I have worked in several industries including Lubricants, where I worked on project building a grease manufacturing in Turkey and also a Pipework Supply company that served the Far East refining industry.

I founded Ryland Research Limited in 2003 and we started trading in 2005.
