I am a PR and marketing communications consultant with over 30 years’ experience across a huge range of sectors.

I started my comms career as PR Manager at an oil company, which gave me a great grounding on which to base my solopreneur venture.

I’m passionate about communications and I love nothing more than helping to demystify it for time-pressed business leaders, so they can get their messages to the people who matter.

Outside work I am a mum, history obsessive and avid reader. I like to keep fit and healthy, I sing in two local bands and I probably spend rather too much money on clothes!
