      In this week’s Monday Accelerator session we discussed – What is your AI Strategy?

      We offered our members time to discuss

      Vision & Priorities

      • What are the top 2–3 challenges in your business
        you’d love to solve in the next year?
      • Where do you spend the most time on repetitive tasks
        today?

      Customer Experience

      • How do your customers currently interact with your
        business, and where could AI make that smoother or faster?
      • Could AI help you personalise how you talk to your
        customers (e.g., offers, follow-ups)?

      Growth & Efficiency

      • Are there parts of your marketing, sales, or
        operations where AI could help you reach more people without adding extra
        staff?
      • Do you have data (emails, sales records, FAQs,
        customer feedback) that could be turned into insights or automation?

      Risk & Readiness

      • What would make you feel comfortable experimenting
        with AI tools—clear ROI, low cost, ease of use, or something else?
      • What concerns do you have about AI (cost, complexity,
        trust, ethics, job roles)?

      It also seems apparent that there is a lot of concern about how data will be protected and whether it will be as efficient as we are being told. Especially when Chat GPT rolls out a new version and erodes the training and previous inputs you have built into your agents.
