• Monday Accelerator – Weekly Recap

We kicked things off with personal check-ins before diving into business challenges and growth blockers. A big theme was around time management and the habit of spending too much energy on people who aren’t the right fit. The group explored how setting boundaries and charging appropriately — even if offering a discount — helps establish value and keeps the focus where it matters most.

      Key takeaways from the session:

      • Time & Value – Stop giving away too much for free. Even if you offer a discount, sending an invoice shows the value of your time.

      • Proposals that Work – Create “evergreen” proposal templates you can reuse. Break down projects clearly, track time properly, and pricing becomes easier (and more profitable).

      • Clear & Simple Pricing – Fixed fees and straightforward communication make sales smoother and keep clients happier.

      • Admin Motivation – Those small, unglamorous tasks matter. A structured approach makes them easier to tackle and keeps the business running smoothly.

      • Boundaries & Focus – Helping everyone can hold you back. Concentrate on your ideal clients and activities that drive growth.

✨ Small shifts in habits can create big leaps in business growth.

      • Good discussion this morning around what assets you can produce to aid your sales process. Something like a guide or simple structured payment tiers that may take you a few hours to produce but will save you constantly having to repeat or explain yourself to prospects.

Typically, designers are very good at over complicating pricing (I know I was one of them for ages) – how many amends and hourly rates that leave you guessing how long something will take etc.

I have overhauled how I approach pricing recently, no guess work just simple flat fee structure and its made a prospects decision much easier to buy.
