I’m delighted that the Procurement Act is now live, bringing greater opportunities for SMEs. Bidding for public contracts can be challenging, particularly when it comes to meeting requirements for Carbon Reduction Plans, Modern Slavery assessments, and Social Value, all of which are central to this new legislation.
We offer training, bid preparation support, NHS Evergreen guidance, and assistance in implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies to help businesses stand out in the tender process.
If you’d like support with any of these areas, feel free to get in touch.-
@Cerys_Baigent Interesting…I have had a look at various public contracts. Never realistically felt like there was any hope of getting through the procurement process hurdles. But I don’t know if the Procurement act now changes things. Happy to talk it over though if possible? 07779 727547 if there’s a good time?

Hi Cerys thanks for your comments ! It might be worth running a workshop online for anyone thinking of tendering for public sector to get these things in place before they start?

This is really helpful, thank you. As some on a parish council I understand the procurement process of local government and the hoops that can be involved. But I also understand the huge benefits if you invest the time and look into it. Thanks for the link for local contracts too!
