My BiZHUB Success Scorecard
Morning everyone . We are about to launch the My BiZHUB Success Scorecard. The name is not yet finalised but it will be something like that! You’ll all be given access to it in January. Heres a sneak preview of the first three statements. (There are 36 in total)
- I have a clear strategic direction that guides decision-making.
- I am confident that I have good product market fit.
- I know exactly what support and resources I need and where to find them

My scores to these 3 questions would have been a lot lower a few months ago but I have been focussed on the first 2 with help from my business coach over past couple of months. for me my scores are:
4/5 for strategic direction – I have some clear goals for next year and I know exactly who I am for (and not for just as importantly) This clarity has guided some key decisions for next year like where I need to be, waht events I need to attend etc.
4/5 for product market fit. – Again I have reshaped my offering for next year, it is clearer and more focussed. I had fallen into the trap of offeirng too much and coming up with more and more services, half of which no one really purchased or new me for.
5/5 for support and resources. I am in the right place for this right now🤩 – the SiGNALS MyBiZHUB should be become the place we all regulary go to to find or offer support to one another and share resources with. Lets all commit to that in 2026 and make this the best place for genuine business support and collaboration.

@robfryer-brandstorm its great to see that you have been doing the work! I expect 2026 will be a good one for Brandstorm with all. the fundamentals in place ! Keep coming to the Accelerator to keep everything firmly on track
