My career background started with me working on the management team with Waitrose for The John Lewis Partnership. I quickly learnt that I had a desire to understand how the business functioned at a higher level and completed their industry leading management training program.

This role taught me how to operate in diverse and challenging situations whilst being decisive and confident. I have a passion for ensuring people are treated fairly and with compassion and these are qualities that I instill throughout Goldcrest.

I have a strong background in the management of people and prior to embarking on the Goldcrest journey, I completed various courses to grow my knowledge and expertise in the cleaning industry. I am really proud of our team and the service we provide to our customers on a daily basis.
