East Hampshire District Council are looking for businesses to provide a 6 month funded work trial placement from September 2025.
Who can apply?
Looking for ten local businesses that can offer new roles—not replacements for existing jobs. To qualify, your business must: be based in East Hampshire, offer a new position that does not put current employees at risk, provide up to 25 hours of work per week commit to supporting the participant’s development.

Really useful scheme Sarah. Can any business apply or do you have to be a limited company?

@sarahburch are there any specific grants, resources or other employment assistance for Neurodiverse positive business, or business owners with an ASD/ADHD diagnosis? Can you recommend who to speak to even? 🙂
