Video Podcasters

We are mainly producing HD video podcasts; audio only, is available as a byproduct.

We are shooting on Sony’s and using Rode podcast mics. Three cameras, up to four mics, and running them through a Blackmagic ATEM.

Remote Contributors

Our set-up also enables contributors using zoom (or other) to remote in from anywhere. We’ve had quite a few from the US, across Europe and even South Africa. We can also go the other way and have had contributors our end “live” into US Podcasts with a lot of success.

Post Process

But, because we have a background in video production, including live-streaming and live-events filming, our engineer does the roughcut edit in a live mix. This means post beyond this is a simple tidy up and deliver that can deliver 24 to 48 hours later depending on the quantity and length. Even more important this means we can get the cost down to £100 per hour for clients using our studio 9-5, Monday to Friday. We are Adobe Creative Cloud based, so we use Premier and Aftereffects.
