My name is Cathrine and I am a transformational Life coach.

I help people and businesses grow.

Grow into what you might ask? I have worked with founders, small businesses and Individuals to grow their free time, their bank accounts and their clarity of direction (amongst other things). I help you sleep better, feel less anxious and stressed, have less mind chatter, feel more fulfilled and relaxed, gain perspective and see how amazing you really are. My clients talk about feeling calmer, lighter and more energetic after a conversation.

I do this by creating an agreement with you to allow conversation that identifies where you are now and where you need to be in order to be your version of successful. We work together on the gaps, remove the blocks and old beliefs and watch the magic unfold as your life/ business/ relationships transform and ripple outwards.

My speciality is outdoor coaching but where we coach is up to you, your preferences and needs. It’s not for everyone. I work with 1:1 clients, run group programs and create bespoke Team content to enable you to achieve the outcomes you need in order to be successful.
