I am the founder of KCIP Ltd, an early-stage technology company based in Portsmouth.

 We are building a compliance intelligence platform for UK building compliance. Every commercial building must manage six statutory compliance streams — fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, electrical, gas and lifting equipment — and around 59,000 UK organisations deliver or manage that work, mostly on spreadsheets. KCIP reads from the systems they already use and predicts which buildings are heading towards non-compliance.

 We are newly incorporated and pre-revenue and currently raising pre-seed investment.
