And that is exactly the point of joining a group such as Signal. It creates an atmosphere of trust and support. People should feel free to discuss their problems, issues etc because we will all have a different take on it. We will see it from a different angle and then comes that Lightbulb moment! A little word of warning for those who employ subcontractors or sub consultants when dealing with clients.

If you employ the subbies yourself then you are in the direct line of fire from your client for any loss/damage/injury caused by the subbie. This is because the contract is between you and the client.

Can I just add to the injured employee article. This is not just for your own employees! If you are the head contractor you will have responsibility for all those on site. Example:
