I’m the Founder and Co-Director of Spartan Mechanical Ltd, a Hampshire-based mechanical services contractor established in 2011. We specialise in HVAC, plumbing, gas, renewables providing reactive maintenance, PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and project-based works across the commercial and domestic/residential sectors

Over the past 15 years, we’ve grown the business into a trusted team of 14 employees, delivering projects and maintenance services for a wide range of clients across the South East.

My role covers business development, operations, finance and strategic planning, with a particular focus on driving sustainable growth and improving business performance.

I’m keen to connect with other business owners, share experiences and learn from those who have successfully scaled their businesses. Areas of particular interest include leadership, business systems, sales and marketing, recurring revenue, operational efficiency and long-term growth strategy.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping active and continually developing my knowledge through networking, mentoring and professional development opportunities
