So, TedX Crawley - what did I glean?!
First of all I actually didn’t know TED stood for Technology, Entertainment and Design! Makes sense!
There were 14 speakers in total – I will mention the ones that really stood out for me so I’m boring you all with a huge essay! but they were all fantastic.

Mine was probably the realisation that I could (and did) keep everything going and make a life for my son and me after my divorce. Being the sole provider actually made me try even harder to make my business work. I surprised myself with several months of a turnover that I previously hadn’t dreamt of. It went to my first ever employee.

Welcome Holly! Sounds like you have started to think about focused growth, and that’s great but you are 100% correct streamlining and systems are what you need to then scale. Even if it is just a little bit of growth, a system/processes will reduce your overall workload and panic-state!
