This is a suggestion and feedback on the website.
I cannot see any way to upgrade my account from Ignition to Accelerator.
I think that this needs to be made a lot clearer.
If I go to my profile I can see that it says ”Ignition” but there is no button to upgrade to Accelerator.
I have been through the settings and cannot find it there either.
If I go into the “Account” section there is also no button there.
I think that for all Ignition members you should have a very visible button that links you through to a page that details the benefits of being an accelerator member and then allows you to upgrade.
If you can point me in the right direction that would be appreciated.

Hi Joel, that is very strange, you should have on your dashboard a button that says upgrade – it is located just under your profile picture in the center of the page. do you not have this? I have just unallocated and then re allocated you as an ingition member to see if this helps. please do let me know if the upgrade button now does not apear. I will also get the IT team to investigate this. Thanks Gareth

Thanks Gareth – Unfortunately the issue is not resolved. I think that you may have a bug.

@GarethTurner – I can upgrade now – the button has appeared on my dashboard. See attached.
However – I think that it also needs to show on my profile and on my account as those are the 2 places where a user would expect to be able to upgrade their account.
