Resilience and bravery are two leadership traits that I have learned, from investment groups I have worked with, investors always look for in those that pitch for investment.

@Darryl they say that investors invest in the person, and that is quite true. You wamna know that someone will bounce back after a hard knock… Been at it for 30+ years and even on my worst day the thought of going and getting a job just seems so much worse! 🙂
