Ok so here’s a little light hearted topic for a Wednesday (aka hump day)
“What’s your favorite thing on your desk and why?”
Mine is this orange phone holder. I have had it years and love the retro-vibe of it (and it is one of my brand colours 😉).
It does actually plug into a mobile phone so that you can use the handset etc but never quite worked properly and it had an app so you could dial a number by using an old rotary function. – again a bit of a faff day to day and no longer use that but still makes a good phone holder.

I love this Rob! I dont really have anything nice on my desk that I can think of other than the occasional cup of delicious coffee that Claire brings me! Happy to hear suggestions for how to personalise my desk with style!

@signal-emma What about a favourite mug. Is there one you always have or is it whatever it comes in?. For me I love my union jack mug – its the perfect size and it often makes an appearance and a few comments on zoom calls.
If not maybe its time to get a funky mug!!

Mine is a flamenco snow globe! It serves 2 purposes – one is to remind me of a most excellent birthday when I was in Spain and saw a flamenco show. The other is that when I get overwhelmed with my to-do list – I give it a shake and wait for it to settle…… my brain naturally then relaxes as well – going from chaos to calm.
