STRATEGIC GROWTH
1) What’s your current growth goal — and how aligned is it with your operational capacity?Example: “We have ten customers and need ten new customers” but can you deal with those ten new customers in one day? Or spread across a month? Does your business have the capacity to deal with the ten new customers?
2) What offers or products are taking the most effort for the least reward, and why are they still part of your sales?
3) Where is most of your time going that isn’t clearly moving the business forward? Can this work be outsourced, automated or otherwise eliminated from your workload? Why not?
4) What are you saying yes to out of fear, rather than strategy?
5) If you had to grow by 30% using only existing customers, what would you do differently?
6) What assumptions are you making about your business model that haven’t been tested recently? How does the competition do it and why is that totally wrong for you, and more improtantly why is it wrong for customers?
7) What systems would break if you tripled your current revenue in the next 6 months? Are you fixing that issue NOW?
