      4. What does burnout look like for you — and how close are you to it right now?

      5. What part of your business makes you feel small, stuck, or uncertain — and what would shift if you looked at it differently?

      6. Where are you confusing “being busy” with “being effective”?

      7. What do you believe you should be doing that might be getting in the way of what’s truly needed?

      9. Bonus question, follow up to Q8 — How aligned is your calendar with that role?

      • Thanks Stu! Great questions. I wonder if we should introduce one at a time for a conversation starter? Thats a whole days work right there 🙃

      • Wow as Emma says, some big questions to tackle there Stu but number 3 resonates with my recent journey. I realised a couple of years ago I had limiting beliefs that manifested in how I approached the business or what I believed clients wanted or would pay for. Still very much on that journey of discovery but being more open to whats possible based on insights from others rather than just my limited assumptions has definitely opened up better opportunities and helped streamline my offering.

        • @robfryer-brandstorm it’s really empowering to recognise any limiting beliefs and work through them, it’s like going to the gym for your mindset! Well done for tackling the core issues and getting past the blocks. I find that once you get the business off the ground 90% of your work is tackling your mindset and attitude to the road ahead. You’re up at crusing altitude now, time to power on the turbo jets!

        • I agree Q3 re the assumptions is a great question. There’s enough there in that one question to inform a whole days discussion ! The workbook is a great idea . Let’s think about the best way to integrate this with BiZHUB Monday and all the other events @stu @robfryer-brandstorm
