Theme: Resilience and Creativity in Business

This week’s session began with light conversation about news and weather before moving into personal updates and a review of breakthrough mapping. The focus was on how adversity can fuel creativity and resilience, with members sharing experiences and insights into turning challenges into opportunities.

Highlights:

• Resilience & Breakthrough Mapping:
  Emma Selby opened the session, encouraging the group to explore how resilience underpins business success. Participants reflected on personal and professional challenges, identifying how these moments have sparked innovation and growth.

• UX & Creativity:
  Matt announced the upcoming launch of his UX Honeycomb Framework Circle (starting November 1), a six-month journey into user experience and website analysis using a digital workbook.

• Team Reflections:
  Discussions centred on strategic thinking, managing constraints, and finding creative solutions. The meeting closed with each member setting business intentions for the week and updates on upcoming events, including the LinkedIn POD session and the online event on November 5th.
