Mel Stephenson posted an update
Hello everyone! Yesterday I had the pleasure of offering some seated acupressure chair massage to some of the team leaders, and it was lovely to introduce what I do and offer a bit of calm and stress relief (hopefully!) in everyone’s day.
For anyone who doesn’t know me yet, I’m Mel, and I offer seated acupressure chair massage for workspaces and small groups. Almost everyone holds tension somewhere, often from stress, screens or just, by being ‘on’ all day, and this type of massage targets all the usual suspects: neck, shoulders, back, hands, arms, head and hips in short 20 minute resets.
I come to your workspace or home, and all I need is a small space for my chair and room to move around it. No oils, and no need to remove clothing so disruption is minimal, but it’s enough time to give you space.
I usually need a minimum of three people per visit so it’s perfect for small teams or groups of colleagues. Feel free to message me if you want to know more.

Thank you so much! It was such a treat having you in the office the other day, the session was absolutely wonderful. I’ve been struggling with a really painful neck for several weeks, and after your acupressure massage it’s feeling so much better today. The way you created such a calm, relaxing atmosphere in just 20 minutes was amazing, and it was lovely to learn more about how you work.
If anyone’s been thinking about trying it, I can highly recommend booking Mel for your team, it’s the perfect reset in the middle of a busy day.-
@clairesignalbizhub-com Thank you so much! What lovely feedback. I’m so glad your neck feels better, this makes me so happy. 😊
