• The Brand Clarity Challenge Starts tomorrow

      Hi everyone. Just a heads up that the Brand Clarity Challenge starts tomorrow at Midday.

      As @signal-emma said in a recent post “If business feels harder at the moment it’s because it is harder” It’s harder to stand out, harder to stay relevant, harder to differentiate.

      That’s why we are focussing on brand this month inside MyBiZUB and I am running my 4 week challenge inside the Branding Edge Circle.

      I am kicking things off with a live session tomorrow at midday on Knowing Your People (Properly)

      Because before we start to think about messaging, positioning, or design, we need to fix the most common mistake in branding.

      Trying to be for everyone.

      Real brand clarity doesn’t start with what you do, it starts with who you’re for.
      Not a vague audience. Not just “small businesses”. One clear type of person you understand deeply.

      When you’re clear on your people:

      • Your message sharpens

      • Your marketing gets easier

      • And the right customers start recognising themselves in what you say

      This week is about removing the fog.
      Getting honest about who benefits most from what you do – (and who doesn’t.)

      Because once you know who you are for properly, everything else gets simpler.
