Morning all,
Does anyone else do this, or is it just me? 😅.
For some reason, I often start my day by working through all the quick wins and little tasks on my to-do list before tackling the bigger, more challenging piece of work.

I think that’s the key isn’t it — even when we know what works for us, we all lapse from time to time!
I’m slowly learning that the more I avoid the frog, the bigger and scarier it seems to become throughout the day 🐸😅
