| About me |
I strengthen resilience and decision making capabilities in the workplace by training teams to use art proactivly as a tool for wellness.
Art is seen as a luxury, or only for those who are ‘artisitic’. Yet, there is huge evidence shows we should regard the arts alongside diet, exercise, sleep and nature for healthy lifestyles. I take the research, my lived experience and 25 years in education and training sector to facilitate training that ensures everyone understands creativity can be an option for them through understanding and practical ideas that are accessible to everyone.
After brain surgery my career took a dramatic turn. I could no longer teach and train as I had before. I used mindful abstract art in my recovery and am now passionate about sharing this to support the wellbeing of others.
When not working, you’ll find me on the water sailing or by the water hiking the South West Coast Path.
