One of the projects I am working on right now is to build our WordPress hosting and maintenance business, PressPilot.co.uk – what are the issues you have with your website hosting? Who do you use? Where are they good/bad/amazing?! Eager to see who others use and why, I’m keen to look at how we can improve our service. Suggestions welcome!

PressPilot sounds like a great project, and it’s always good to see people working to raise the bar on WordPress hosting and maintenance! It would be great to see a service that really focuses on transparency, fast support, and maybe even some education or insight for clients who aren’t super technical.

Like Rob says they are a necessary evil in my opinion, but you need to have a couple of good ones up your sleeve just in case it’s required. .
