I have spent decades working in companies large and small, including as a founder of a green chemical company. My experiences are very broad and transcend many disciplines including operations, commercial, product development, governance, business risk and finance. I am used to advising the Boards and owner manager of business’ large and small.

I am now angling myself via FTBS Consulting, as a boutique/small business to leverages the deep commercial and technical experience of myself, to provide affordable external practical advice and assistance to local SMEs to:

• Help them to develop their business via practical, hands-on guidance and execution support to help them increase revenue, improve profitability, and strengthen resilience against market and operational risks
• And/or recover from a difficult business situation
