| About me |
After graduating with a Design Management degree from UCA, I spent more than 25 years working across sales, marketing, content, digital and business strategy, in industries ranging from entertainment and FMCG to agencies and SaaS.
My career started quite literally with a boot full of chocolate as a Cadbury Sales Rep covering South London. I ate a lot of chocolate during those years. Since then, I’ve worked in roles including Sales Director, Product Manager and National Account Manager, with brands such as Sony, Virgin and WHSmith.
These days, I use all of that experience in a very different way. I’m a Business Mentor for neurodivergent founders, helping people build businesses that work for their brains, their lives and what they actually want from them. I’m AuDHD myself, so I bring both commercial experience and lived understanding of why traditional business advice doesn’t always work for ND people.
I’m also co-founder and co-host of The Business Oddcast, a podcast and community for neurodivergent business owners, and co-founder and co-owner of The Neuroinclusive Workplace, where we help organisations become more genuinely neuroinclusive through audits, mentoring, workshops and training.
At the heart of all of it is the same thing: helping neurodivergent people build better working lives without asking them to become someone else first.
