I recently met a new and enthuisastic business owner, with an interesting backstory and a passion to launch a new venture. As per any good networker they followed up with an email, asking me about business partners… how do you find them, how to approach, any tips etc.
Having been in a few partnerships I ended up trauma dumping a response, sharing the business advice you will never be told or read in a book. This is the raw and unfiltered take that no-one tells you about. So here I go, lifting the lid… (lobs grenade and retreats to a safe distance).
