Hello!
Just got off the phone to Claire Carter from Head Office – to secure a virtual office address etc via SIGNAL biz hub for mine and my husbands growing business. She mentioned this networking group and so I have signed up and looking forward to meeting new people and hopefully chucking some work over to local business owners!
For example right now I’m looking for a web developer to help me create a simple, elegant website and logo -with a landing page needed fairly quickly.
I’m considering WordPress or a user‑friendly HTML setup, as I want to be able to add podcasts, blog posts, video and photos myself as the business grows.
I’ve sketched out what I want it to look like, but I’m very open to ideas and collaboration. If you’re someone who enjoys working closely with clients and building something that’s easy to maintain, I’d love to hear from you.

@jo Wise choice, Rob revamped not just our project logo but the way I looked at the business, so much that we revamped the entire business so it better aligned with the whole thinking behind the logo. Yeah, it’s a whole deeper level!

@jo Good start talking to Rob and Matt, both excellent at what they do and you will get something suitable I am sure. When you’re ready to talk hosting, give us a nudge, we do exclusively WordpPress small business hosting and support. We take on larger WordPress projects, but our hosting is designed with the smaller business in mind, and there’s a friendly (and non-judgemental!) person on the phone if you ever need to be talked off a technical highrise!
