Wellbeing Wednesday! (Yes, I know it's Thursday!)
As we had the bank holiday on Monday then the Monday roundup on Tuesday it seems only right to post the Wellbeing Wednesday on Thursday!
How do you process unexpected events in the business?
One of our principles at SiGNAL is ‘Embrace the Unexpected’ because often the unexpected feels bad but turns out to be for the best. Difficult news, for example losing a client, can feel awful at first yet once processed can start to feel good ( they weren’t the right kind of client anyway, losing them may indicate a weakness in the business that can be learned from, or it can free up time for other things) The key is taking time to process the news. Has this happened to you and if so how did you process?
