• Who do you turn to when you are alone?

      Not physically alone. Professionally alone.

When something goes brilliantly and you want to share the win with someone who genuinely understands why it matters.

When you’ve had one of those frustrating days and just need to get the rant out of your system.

When you’ve got an idea bouncing around your head and need someone to challenge it, improve it, or tell you it’s completely wrong.

When you’re stuck on a problem and can’t see the wood for the trees.

I’ve realised recently that I spend a lot of time working on my own. And while independence is valuable, there’s something powerful about simply talking things through with another person.

Sometimes the answer appears the moment you say it out loud.

Sometimes you need someone to make you focus on the real problem instead of the one you’ve convinced yourself exists.

Sometimes you just need another perspective.

So here’s my question: who do you turn to?

And if the answer is “nobody”, maybe that needs to change.

My door, phone and inbox are always open. If you need someone to bounce ideas off, celebrate a win with, challenge your thinking, or simply listen while you verbalise what’s on your mind, I’m here.

And if I’m honest, I’d appreciate knowing there are people out there willing to do the same for me.

Whatever you are going through – good or bad, reach out to that person you’ve been wanting to chat to and get those 121s booked in. You never know where a conversation may go or who you may be introduced to.

        • And that is exactly the point of joining a group such as Signal. It creates an atmosphere of trust and support. People should feel free to discuss their problems, issues etc because we will all have a different take on it. We will see it from a different angle and then comes that Lightbulb moment! It’s also good to know you are not alone!
