• 💚 Wellbeing Wednesday 💚

This week I’ve been thinking about how often we say “yes” to things without really thinking about the impact on ourselves.

Whether it’s taking on another task, helping someone out, attending an event, joining a meeting, or simply trying to fit one more thing into an already busy day.

Don’t get me wrong, saying yes can bring opportunities, growth, and connection. But every time we say yes to something, we’re also saying no to something else… often our own time, energy, or wellbeing.

Looking after our wellbeing isn’t always about adding more things into our lives. Sometimes it’s about being more selective with where we spend our time and energy.

      So this week’s question is:

👉 What have you said “yes” to recently that has had a positive impact on your wellbeing?

Perhaps it’s a new hobby, spending more time with family, taking a break, getting outdoors, exercising, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down.

I’d love to hear what’s been making a positive difference for you recently 💚
