A reminder I will be hosting the second Branding Lunch & learn session today at 12:00.

The purpose of these Lunch & Learn sessions is to get you clearer on the 3 key areas that were covered in the Tracker questionnaire.

This week I will talking about “Why Should Someone Choose You Over Anyone Else”

I will be covering:

• Why “great service” isn’t enough
• What makes you different vs what makes you memorable
• Finding your overlap:
  • What you’re brilliant at
  • What customers value
  • What competitors don’t/can’t own

If you are currently thinking any one of the following, then this session may be for you:

• “We keep saying we’re different… but I can’t actually explain how.”
• “We always end up competing on price.”
• “People don’t seem to understand the value until after they’ve worked with us.”
• We always have to explain it to people before they get it.
