Sue founded Headroom in 2020 in response to the growing mental health crisis affecting young people. Since then, the charity has grown from a small garden office into an award-winning organisation supporting hundreds of young people and families across Hampshire and Surrey. With over 25 years’ experience working with children, young people and families, Sue will share the inspiring story behind Headroom, the importance of early mental health intervention, and the impact the charity is making within our local communities.
