Free Sales Clinic - Monday 3pm
On Monday at 3:00pm, I’ll be running a Sales Clinic as part of my Sales Masters Circle.
As this is the first clinic, it’s open to anyone who’d like to join.
This week’s discussion will be based on my latest Weekly Sales Tip below, but you’re welcome to bring along any sales challenge, question or frustration you’re currently facing.
Whether you’re struggling to move opportunities forward, improve your sales conversations or simply want another perspective, come along and join the discussion.
Just click the Teams link below to join the meeting. No booking required.

Not something vague like, “I’ll give you a call next week,” or “I’ll send you a proposal.”
Instead, agree a specific follow-up while you’re still talking. “I’ll send the proposal this afternoon. Are you around at 3pm on Thursday to run through it?
A confirmed next step keeps momentum, creates accountability and dramatically reduces the chances of the opportunity going cold and you getting ghosted!
If you can’t get a commitment to a follow-up conversation, treat it as a red flag.
It doesn’t necessarily mean the opportunity is dead, but it does tell you something important about where the buyer is in their decision-making process.
Perhaps they don’t yet see enough value, don’t have sufficient urgency, or aren’t ready to move forward.
Rather than hoping for the best, use it as a prompt to ask more questions, qualify the opportunity more thoroughly and decide where your time is best spent.
