I’m Michele from Think Smart People, focusing on all things HR!

A little about me, I’ve spent over 10 years working in HR, learning and development and organisational development, helping businesses navigate the sometimes messy world of managing people.

These days, I work with businesses of all shapes and sizes, but particularly SMEs, helping them make sense of employment law, tackle tricky people situations and put the right HR foundations in place. I’m a big believer that HR doesn’t need to be complicated, overly corporate or full of jargon. It should be practical, approachable and actually useful!

I’m still finding my feet here, but wanted to say hello and let you know about a little session I’m running this week.
