@christinareal-word-com We’ve done a couple of Business Oddcast episodes about networking, can be challenging when things are unpredictable or variable. But I agree, I don’t want to go to “drama club” with your icebreakers, just an interesting though, chat or shared insight can be enough!

@gregory 100% agree, I think of it like a matchmaking service – I want to ensure two people meet where some value can be exchanged, and if I am useful then they will think of me more favourably next time they have a hint of a lead or a thought of a something or someone who might be useful to talk to.

Worry about quality after, if the content is good and the audio clear enough don’t worry about what your set up is. 1) Serious illness – a change in my overall health metrics would be an instant change.

1 is always a conundrum –
A – do you sound like an individual and seem like a small and approachable (and more budget friendly perhaps?) business?
B – use “we” and risk sounding too big for other micro-one-person-businesses or being “found out”.

Amazing review – I have always said sales is like dating, you wouldn’t go on a date with someone you didn’t know, and certainly wouldn’t deepen any relationship if you didn’t like them, and move on to trust them eventually. It’s a gradual slow process, or a quicker one sometimes :-)!
